Un'importante azienda multinazionale del settore dell'alta moda e dei beni di lusso, con sedi a New York, Sidney, Londra e Lisbona ricerca un giovane addetto all'assistenza clienti madrelingua italiano per i suoi uffici nella capitale portoghese.
Si richiedono buone competenze linguistiche sia in inglese che in almeno altre due lingue tra lo spagnolo, il francese, il tedesco o il russo.

We are an international company located in New York, London, Lisbon and Sydney providing world-class customer service and support to our high-fashion and luxury goods clients in the e-commerce industry.

The Role:
We are recruiting for multilingual customer service agents to join our Lisbon office.

Your duties will include:
Diligently working in a team handling complex and varied customer-related enquiries via telephone and e-mail in a high-paced, high-volume office.
Examples include order and return queries, delivery and product issues, noting customer feedback, confirming product details, processing orders via telephone
Constantly delivering superior customer service to all loyal customers
Communicating any escalated customer-related queries or issues to management
Maintaining accurate customer contacts and records

Requirements:
You must be able to fluently speak, read and write in English (business/professional level) and Italian.
Plus, be fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
Must be capable of working efficiently under pressure
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Must be reliable to fulfill shifts with dependable transportation
Must be flexible to fulfill overtime (as needed) and any weekend shifts
